This is my power statement!!!!!! What is yours?
Everyday I fight to be healthy,to be happy to be a better me
My health changes daily.
So dose what I have to go through not everyone understands!!!!!
Unless they have been there also!!!!
I am taking time working on the best me I can
I refuse to be sick spend all my time in doctor offices
What I do today changes my future tomorrow make it count!!!!!!

so january 1st 2013 started 90 day challenge here is 2nd week update will do every 2 weeks to week 12 final :)

total inches lost 10.5 inches wow :)
