I met another goal! I reached 15 minutes on the elliptical
I really think that this time I'll make it! I'm going to reach my final goal! One reason why is that I'm keeping my goals small and attainable. I'm not setting that one big goal and having nothing in between. I think being able to meet goals is very important for a sense of accomplishment, otherwise I get discouraged.
My next set of goals is:
elliptical 20 minutes with 5 of that being on setting 2.
Stay in my target calorie range for the whole week!
No eating out!
Workout every day!
