A smile is a great encourager!

A smile cost nothing, but gives much. It enriches those who receive, without making poorer those who give. It takes but a moment, but the memory of it sometimes lasts forever. None is so rich or mighty that they can get along without it, and none is so poor but that they can be made rich by it.
A smile creates, happiness in the home, fosters good will in business, and is the countersign of friendship. It brings rest to the weary, cheer to the discouraged, sunshine to the day, and it nature's antidote for trouble. Yet it cannot be brought, begged, borrowed, or stolen, for it is something that is of no value to anyone until it is given away. Some people are too tired to give you a smile. Give them one of yours, as none needs a smile so much as the one who has no more to give.
These words are so true, a smile is a simple thing and it can do so much with so little effort. Who cannot resist the smile of a child or the smile of the one who holds your heart.
It is an easy thing to give away...your smile. Just remember to reserve some of those smiles for yourself. So you didn't have a great weigh in this week. Look yourself in the mirror and give yourself a smile. Also say, "The scale didn't move this week, but look out next week". After your work out give yourself a smile and tell yourself good job. You pass up on that tempting brownie (or your own nemesis) give yourself a smile and say "well done".
Made you smile
