Day 449: The Morning Quickie

Thank you all for your comments and kind words on yesterday's blog. Sometimes these really are labors of love, and such was that - I've been lucky to've known The Ancestors of the previous few generations. I had another great conversation with my (only remaining) aunt over the weekend, and as ever, our talks prompt memories of all sorts.

Overslept this morning, so I'm playing The Red Queen today. I think the whole week will be like this - not insofar as oversleeping (leastways, I hope not!) but busy. Audiologist today (Himself thinks I have a hearing problem; let's not go there...), dentist Wednesday, I forget tomorrow, and something Friday... oh. Time for the next bloodwork / HbA1c. No wonder I keep forgetting. Did I ever tell you how much I hate needles?
