Fruit and vegetables

I had dizzy spells twice this week while at the Y. I think it's because I'm not eating as much fruit and veg due to having a restricted diet for three weeks. I bought oranges yesterday so I hope eating them will help. I'm one of these people that usually eats more than five servings of fruit and vegetables. I would guess that I usually eat more than seven servings a day.
I've been having less than usual and they're more processed. Last week, I made a salad soup since lettuce is too hard to eat with a sore tooth. I've been eating lots of sweets which give me calories but not the nutrition I need. I need to cut the sweets and cook more. I feel tired all the time and that makes me less apt to cook. I bought lots of carrots and onions. I need to make stuff with them. When I picked up the carrots, I thought carrot soup would be great. I haven't make it thought.
I know that eating fruits and vegetables will give me the energy I need. I need to make stuff with the vegetables I bought and not be lazy about it.
