I would like to increase the number of fruits and vegetables I eat throughout the day. Typically I eat most of my fruits and vegies afternoon and evening and barely get in 3 to 4.

    Hello fellow Daisy! I do not eat enough fruits and veggies either - but not brave enough to make that a goal yet. Up until I began getting some great encouragement from my spark friends, I called myself a "veggie hater" - now I call myself a "veggie tolerator". lol.

    I am excited to watch your journey with this new habit!

    Have you tried adding veggies to your breakfast? I find adding spinach to my eggs gets just one more veggie in, and gets it in early. Good luck with this habit. emoticon

    Fruits and/or veggies first. You can do this. I eat fruit first thing in the morning. Eat veggies before my lunch, eat fruit for a snack and eat veggies with my dinner. It is amazing how much you can get in. I've also started having smoothies during the week for breakfast. Nothing but fruits and veggies in those. And they are yummy!

    I find that hard, too! Especially fruit, never think to snack on it and am pretty picky, too, when it comes to fruit.
