Tuesday - Run 2.5 miles, Boot camp
Wednesday - Chalean Extreme, stretch yoga
Thursday - Run 2.5 miles
Friday - Rest day!
Saturday - run 2.5 miles, Boot camp
Sunday - Run 3 miles, stretch yoga
