Starting Over with Intervals

I started the Couch to 5k over again with week 1... because for the past 3 weeks I had run on Monday, and then not again during the week. So I lost all of the endurance that I had built up. so I'm starting over again! I played the Week 1 podcast today, which had Eight 60 second runs separated by 90 second recovery walks. I made it through all of them, thank goodness, and I think I finally felt my body readjusting about the 7th interval. I'll do my next interval day on Saturday, weather permitting! (So if I don't mention it, feel free to call me out and ask me what happened!)
I also walked 3 miles today.

Then I went to the bank and the grocery store with my Mom. And that took up the rest of the afternoon! But I got some fun fat free yogurt flavors to try! Key Lime Pie, Black Forest Cake, Cinnamon Bun, Dutch Apple Pie, Mixed Berry Crumb Cake, etc. I tried the key lime after we got home from the store... it tasted halfway between lime jello and a key lime pie mix... Not bad, just not really like key lime. I felt like it would have tasted better with a graham cracker crust
I also got a package of sweet potato fries! I LOVE sweet potato fries! I don't buy them very often because they are pretty expensive compared to regular ones, but they are so very yummy!
I managed to stay within ALL of my caloric ranges today! Which means I got enough protein, iron, and calcium without going over my fat or sodium ranges! WooHoo!
