Exercise Minutes - Mini Challenge

Hello to my Daisies.

I thought about posting this on the board, but figured I would turn it into a blog. Maybe it’ll inspire others as well.

I was looking at how our team has been doing for exercise points. They have final results posted and I took the last two available. We took 6th (13,010 minutes) and 7th (14,092 minutes) place. The first place teams had 17,795 and 18,918 minutes. So being the analytical nerd that I am. I wondered, how many additional minutes would we each have to do to bring us up to their level? We averaged 271 minutes per person and 293 minutes per person, whereas the other team is at 370 and 394. So it looks like an additional hundred minutes a person per week could get us considering closer to first. That is only around 8 ½ minutes per day. Surely I can find an extra 10 minutes a day to get some exercise.

I like challenging myself for exercise minutes, so I was thinking, anyone else for trying boost their exercise minutes for next week? Consider it a mini challenge. I will challenge myself to get 400 minutes of exercise in this coming week. I'll even blog or add comments about the increase at the end of the week and how it went.

Anyone else feeling brave and want to join me?
