Recommitting to Healthy Habits April 2013

On Monday, April 1, 2013, I recommitted myself to performing healthy habits that helped me to be successful (with my 37 pound weight lost) last year. As of today's date, I have gained all but 6 pounds back.
Am I disappointed? Yes.
Am I giving up? No.
I know exactly how I got to this point. Simply put, I stopped making health a priority.
I recently decided to go back to school for my masters degree, but I turned my back on mastering the healthy habits that I created last year.
When I started back to school, the physical activities that I used to participate in have been replaced with sedentary activities like studying and homework.
Am I happy that I have the opportunity to go back to school? Yes.
However... I've learned that I must restructure my life to make room on my schedule for important things (like my health). I can't use the "I will do it later" excuse, because it will never get done.
I am setting a goal to exercise at least 3 times a week for atleast 30 minutes.
So far I have exercised 1 day for one hour.
I plan to exercise 2 more days this week.
I will display my results at the end of this week.
