Five Pound Gain and Beach Blanket Bingo For the Weekend Challenge

Well i gained 5 pounds back this week probably from too much food and not enough exercise. This is the last week in the BLC and we are doing a Bingo Challenge. It includes doing strength training exercises, cardio, yoga, organizing, eating fruit and veggies, tracking food and so on. Also sleep which always eludes me cause of my arms.
