I've been pretty good today, with the exception of some m&ms...
Other than that, I've haven't done any snacking (progress!).
I just finished a 4.5 mile walk in 67 minutes, which is a pretty nice pace for me!
Tomorrow is weigh in day, so I'm finishing my water intake and crossing my fingers for some nice numbers tomorrow. I'm hoping I will be back to where I was two weeks ago when I started slacking.
