They say diets don't work, and "they" are right. Tried really doing it up, for me, anyway, and lost and gained like 10 Kbps. In the course of 3 weeks for Florida. For me, it HAS to come off slow and easy in order for it to become a lifestyle. The weekends killed me, and I am nearly where I started 3 weeks ago. It was my diet mentality. Does not work for me at all.
So, I will go to Florida fat, and just have to deal with it.
I counted, though, and if I go slow and steady, only counting one weigh in per week, then I can, feasibly, get to 129 by the time summer vacation begins. THAT is doable and sustainable. I hope.
