Keepin on

Once again I lost some weight very rapidly and then regained two pounds--for no explainable reason. I told myself "That's what you get for weighing yourself two days after you last weighed." and I refused to get upset about it. I know that if I keep on the eating plan that it is inevitable that I will lose those two pounds and more. SOoooo, keep on keepin' on.

    When I was losing weight, I would go one week losing some and the next week absolutely nothing. I hadn't gone off on a binge or anything, that seemed to be the way my body worked. Was bizarre. Everyone is different but we all have in common our bodies are reluctant to lose that weight as women tend to store fat, especially around the waist and hips. This diet really seems to be working for you so all you can do is hang on for the ride :P

    You've got this. And so glad to hear that hubby is back on his eating plan too! Guess that pizza taught him a lesson.

    Is your daughter staying with you for a while? Did I hear that correctly? I sure hope so. And take the walking little by little and make sure you have a walked or cane or cell phone with you when you don't have her. If I would have had my cell phone the day I broke my leg, I could have probably saved myself a lot of grief! So NOW, I take it everywhere!
