Goal results May 3rd and 4th

Goal # 1 take 4000 steps daily
5/3 4360 steps and 5/4 was 4068 steps emoticon

Goal # 2 being grateful
5/3 that my drawer balanced and 5/4 I start my vacation .. I really need a break

Goal # 3 Exercise 10 minutes or more
5/3 No exercise, was tired, a long day, so I took a rest day
5/4 Only did 5 minutes of working with weights ... Better than nothing at all

I'm pleased with the results of my goals for this week. I know I need to do better, especially in the exercise area. I've also been working on staying positive, and learning to love myself. All in all it was a good week.

    Sounds like a great week to me! Staying positive and learning to love yourself is huge!!! When you learn these things, everything else will be much easier (because you will have learned that you are worth it!).

    Sounds great. Some weeks are harder than others depending on what happens. Making goals and trying to meet them is a great task. You are doing great!
