Keep on keeping on

I have to admit my weight loss struggle has been a long arduous adventure. I have always been a bit heavy (starting in my teens) no matter how healthy and active I was. Honestly, to lose weight and get down to normal I would have to work out at least 2-3 hours a day. Not much room for fun, even if I am a workout junkie, lol. Now I am learning to take it one day at a time, one pound at a time, one inch at a time. I may not ever weigh 120 pounds (I think I would look bad at that weight anyway), but I can keep on knowing that with each move I am making myself better, with each bit a bit healthier, and with each day a better person both for myself and my family.
