LOL, yes that would be me. I had some weaknesses this weekend. I enjoyed them, and won't dwell on them much, but felt I should fess up in writing :). While I didn't overeat, I chose some foods that were not the best calorie-wise. A tasty gumbo meal from Ruby Tuesdays with 2 and half biscuits was the first choice. It was great, and I only ate about half of the meal because I chose a salad as my side to ensure I wouldn't gorge too much on the main dish. Then today, I went to the green house to pick up some more tomato and pepper plants (mine fried in the frost), and bought myself a chicken salad sandwich which came on a hoagie bun. I was weeding the garden most of the morning and had worked up both a sweat and an appetite. I still wasn't stuffed as I made sure I had tomatoes as my side, and a nice diet birch beer. For dinner, I had seafood stuff shrimp over risotto in a lemon cream sauce. All the meals were richer than I needed, but I don't feel guilty. I made those choices, and I made certain to slow down and enjoy them along with some good conversation. Tomorrow is back to the grind though, and focusing on my meal planning to avoid slip-ups, and to better allow for days like these.
