Today I went to church without taking my morphine (again!!) I didn't get home until almost 2:00 so was hurting although not quite as badly as I was on Friday. This morning at my weekly weigh in I weighed 201.0 pounds. That was after breakfast so conceivably before breakfast I was somewhere in the 200 range...but I'm not counting it til I see it.
I did order a spread for my bed from Ebay...it's a block print fabric from India and comes with a smaller swatch of cloth, like a "napkin" which I'm gonna sew into a pillow. It should look nice. cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAP
That is the spread I got....you have to scroll down a little ...it's the large picture of the blue printed fabric. This is my reward for losing my first 20 pounds and getting back into Onederland. I should definitely do that this week.
We had Chinese food for dinner....I needed a break from cooking. However, judging by my thirst levels this evening, it must have been quite salty. I just had steamed vegetable dumplings so it was just the dipping sauce that was salty.
Tomorrow I have three appointments...so I'm fairly busy...plus I'm having my groceries delivered...But Tuesday, I'm gonna start exercising again (I'm goign to the library tomorrow to borrow another DVD) And also on Tuesday, I plan to tackle my bedroom closet. My friend and I were talking today about how you have to MAKE a big mess in order to clean up a big mess....and it's so true. When I cleaned out my file drawers, I was surrounded by piles of STUFF and the room was a disaster. At one point I looked around and thought , "What have I DONE?" But when it was all cleaned up, it looked better. And better is good.
