SMART goals

S.M.A.R.T Goals
These goals are powerful in helping me get to my destination of a healthy weight. I have a suit that is so beautiful that I really want to wear before it goes out of style. That is one of my motivation to really be consistent in doing what is right to lose this weight. I’m aiming for the end of the year to be able to get into my suit. So, I am creating a SMART goal.

Specific – I want to lose enough weight to get into my beautiful suit that I purchase that I cannot get into right now. BLC will help me stay on track of achieving my goal. I’m utilizing the gym, DVDs, or walking outside to get my exercise. I plan on cooking as much as possible so I know for sure what I am eating.

Measurable – I am aiming for 30 pounds by December. That is about 5 pounds per month for the next 6 months. I’m currently participating in SP BLC challenge that will help me measure my progress.

Attainable/Achievable – I have until December which is six months from now to be able make healthy changes each day to get down two or more dress sizes to fit into my suit. I am working out each day, eating clean and healthy, getting my rest most days and great support from SP especially the Sapphire’s on BLC.

Relevant – I am doing all this for me and I love nice clothes.

Time – I have more than enough time to reach, exceed or even get close to my goal.

This weight loss is a process and setting these SMART goals will help me get to my destination
