This challenge, has been a struggle for me; but I have also been a learning experience, too!
I really ready knew that I needed to eat more fruits and vegetables.
Learned that I need more fiber and less sodium in my diet and that I also need to track. Also, that I feel better when I get enough sleep and drink enough water. When I don't get enough water

, I feel

and not enough sleep, I am very grouchy, and have a headache.
Since school is out, have not been getting enough sleep, have been staying up after 10; I feel better if I get in bed no later than 10 and get up by 6 a.m..
I also feel better when I drink over 8

of water. It feel that my body functions better.
Lately, I having really been craving sweet; not good, as they are in the house. Have bought some fresh fruit and dried some apple. Just need to eat them, instead of the sweets.
I have been doing fair with exercising. There is still room for a lot of improvement. Have been making myself do 10 minutes a day, usually walking. Need to find something fun to do, so that it doesn't feel like work!
