Wicked muscle spasms in my shoulder/trap and neck are causing me so much pain. I went for message therapy yesterday and felt pretty good so I decided to move some boxes... big mistake. I'm sure paying for it today. I guess I'll actually listen to her after my next appointment when she tells me to rest.
I can't wait to get back to the weights and cardio. Trying to focus on the meal plan and keep it clean but when I don't feel well I just want comfort foods (in my case that would be chips, crackers, etc.) Keeping it clean from sugar though -- day 3 -- back on track.
