Roadblocks

Wicked muscle spasms in my shoulder/trap and neck are causing me so much pain. I went for message therapy yesterday and felt pretty good so I decided to move some boxes... big mistake. I'm sure paying for it today. I guess I'll actually listen to her after my next appointment when she tells me to rest.

I can't wait to get back to the weights and cardio. Trying to focus on the meal plan and keep it clean but when I don't feel well I just want comfort foods (in my case that would be chips, crackers, etc.) Keeping it clean from sugar though -- day 3 -- back on track.

    I'm trying to get "back". I use MyFitnessPal now -- it's easier to use on my phone. I do stop in on occasion to SP but not as often as I should. Trying to get back...

    Hope those muscle spasms retreat soon. I am fighting a lower back thing and think I may just need to visit my chiro who just so happens to give a bonus massage:) I'm with you on the crackers chips thing. Mine typically hit when I am tired. Not much of a sugar person, but have had absolutely insane cravings lately. Note to self...sleep:)
