Sneaking in veggies in the morning

I recently discovered if I don't have a power packed anti-oxidant filled breakfast it is easy for me to fall into old eating habits....these last three days of this week (s,m,t) I got tired of having my spinach omelette and a fruit on the side so I ate a bowl of cereal...or a mini bagel w/peanut butter.....wrong, wrong, wrong for me....it triggered a three day binging feast....

So this morning I ate my spinach omelette (1 egg, 1 egg white, full cup chopped spinach, 1/4 cup chopped onion, 2tbs. Parmesan cheese), 1 cup cherries and 1 large tomato.....I'm stuffed and happy that I got 3 fruits/veggies to start off my day....but....

Anyone have some good ideas of how to get creative with your veggies in the a.m.....besides smoothies?
