My daughter did it...so can I....right???
I took the test this morning which consisted of walking a mile and then taking your pulse (or running a mile and a half). "Walking/Running" to the fullest extent of your ability.
Crunches, Push Ups and a stretch.
Not bad, right?
It also takes your height, weight and waist measurements and gives a basic synopsis on your risk for chronic diseases.
My score? 66%
