Staying awake during all day classes

Okay, that's two in a row where I never got sleepy and could have listened a few more hours. Either they're that interesting, or a diet change helped. I didn't have candy or cookies at break time, just a healthy lunch and drank lots of water. 50/50 chance of either, huh? ;)

    I'm thinking it was the diet, too. 'Cause those really do make me do a dive!
    There's a good Japanese restaurant by the classes, so I've gone there for chicken curry over rice with a salad and tempura, one of their lunch specials. Perfect! Now I'm ready to fix tempura one of these days. Love one chunk of each vegetable dipped and fried yet still intact and tasty.

    That is interesting. I think it's a better than 50% chance that it's the change in diet and avoidance of the sugary snacks. Those can really make your blood sugar bounce around and leave you sleepy when it dives. Keep posting your observations. I'm interested :)
