I recently have hurt my back working out. It started last thursday after walking and i have started lifting weights and i think that the machines just feel so much easier that i wasn't paying attention to my back. I walked slowly this morning and wore my back brace. I had a little pain, but i am sure it will get better. I had back surgery 3 yrs ago but sometimes my back still hurts. I have decided to lift hand weights manually and i can do the ab machine and leg press. I can probably do a couple of lower body machines, but the upper body machines is the culprit of this pain. Oh well, live and learn I guess. I am excited about lifting weights and gaining more muscle so that keeps me motivated. I just have to be aware of my back the whole time and wear my brace.
