Water Aerobics and Walking Today

I spent just under 3 hours in the water today. I did 2 stretch/toning classes and one very aerobic water class. During the aerobic class, we did interval training. I did all of mine by doing a very fast tread. I was breathing hard at the end of every interval session! I felt like I got a great workout.

Later, I ran errands, went to a doctor appointment and ran more errands. During my errands I made sure that I was moving the whole time! When I came home, I made a great big romaine lettuce salad with tuna. I took the time to read and rest until dinner time.

It was a good, active day!
