Week 2 Post Op

I'm down 29 lbs since 1 June! I had my post op appt today. Found out I still need to drink the Chicken Broth, much to my dismay! :) It was ok at first, but by the end of the first week, I was pretty sick of it. Anywyas, I've been experiencing some light-headedness. My nutritionist said it had to do with low blood pressure, and of course the best thing to do for salt intake at this point is to drink my chicken broth. ugh! Came home and drank some though, and of course felt better. Dr was happy with my loss so far a impressed with my walking! Actually asked me to participate in Rock & Roll 1/2 marathon in November, either as a walker, wogger or jogger. We'll see! LOL
