DOMS - to gym or not to gym.

I'm really REALLY conflicted.
My legs are SUPER sore from working with my trainer on them on Wednesday. (I did do Zumba yesterday but you know, the D in DOMS was in effect haha)
I'm on the fence if I should give myself an unscheduled extra rest-day (which is usually Sunday) because man, my hamstrings are SUPER tight... like "Have you been riding a horse??" tight.
OR - if I should just keep on keeping on and push my normal Friday Zumba class out today, because getting the blood flowing is good, and although we obviously use our legs a lot dancing it's not like it's 'strength training' using weights with them.
I really really hate to take an extra day off, I'm finally seeing progress after a long time of plateau/gaining.
But my legs ARE very achy.
I just cant figure if its "I'm gonna injure myself overtraining" achy or "Just move them around and they will heal faster" achy.
Really conflicted, and really frustrated! Though I'm HAPPY they ache because that means i've worked them good, I don't want it to mess my mojo while i'm on a hot-streak!
