Correlation between organization, routine and success

It has been 2 months of keeping organized, no binges and making healthy choices 75% of the time. I'm starting to make a correlation that when I am following my cleaning routine, sticking to my walking schedule I do extremely well with my eating and enjoy cooking healthily.
When I fall out of routine and I'm not following a daily task list I start to eat more.
I've been really focused on getting in fruits and veggies and limiting processed food....weight is coming off slowly but I'm really not focusing on that anymore..
Really cool thing.....I'm getting a lot of complements from friends and family on how I'm looking really good and YOUNGER!!!!
Slow and steady I will go.....as boring as it is...I'm sticking to my routine because it is giving me a very peaceful in control feeling :)
