Week 3 Post Op

I'm starting my soft proteins today! So excited! I'm down 33 lbs. I'm walking 1 mile twice a day. Right now my stomach is still to tender to try much else. I'd like to try to incorporate some arm exercises though, I can see the "wings" developing. LOL

Quick glance:
Pre-surgery: -12 lbs
Week 1: -11 lbs
Week 2: -6 lbs
Week 3: -4 lbs
