Week 4 post Op

This is my last week of post op diet. Next week I can start my new normal! I'm down 37 lbs. I'm walking 1 mile twice a day. I'm going to try getting on the elliptical this week. I hope my stomach is up for it! I had to learn the hard way last night to STAY HYDRATED! Ugh. Still getting tired during the day but, I went out to my car at lunch yesterday and took a little nap. Felt much better.

Quick glance:
Pre-surgery: -12 lbs
Week 1: -11 lbs
Week 2: -6 lbs
Week 3: -4 lbs
Week 4: -4 lbs
