Getting back on track

Never written an actual blog entry before. So this is my first one on Spark people. I look for inspiration through reading others blog entries and it does help to get inspired. Me and my fiance both know what we need to do to get healthy, but problem is we "talk the talk", but don't "walk the walk". Today for instance we went to a Soccer park and walked 3.0 mi. So I was feeling motivated to start getting active again. Normally we'll start and then fall off the wagon after a few weeks.
We both have our temptations, his are salty snacks and mine of coarse is sweet snacks. So what I'm asking for is some encouraging and motivational words. He would like to loose 70lbs and I need to loose over 100lbs. My highest weight was 323, thankfully I'm out of 300's, not by much though, currently about 294. Have actually maintained that weight for several weeks now. I work nights, so sleeping and eating pattern are kinda crazy. Right now were trying to eat more fruits and vegetables and drink at least 100oz. of water a day. So here it goes again, hoping to get back on track. have a good day 7/29/2013
