I have decided to cut pop out of my diet completely. No more at all, ever.

I'm tired of feeling bloated and fat because of it.

I'm done.

    YES, I too had to give up the bubbly stuff because it really did not hydrate and even the calorie free set me up to crave real sugar sodas and fruit juices.
