Yay! I'm finally back under 153 lbs! I've been hovering right in this some 3-5 lbs range for about 3 months now, hopefully I am finally breaking this plateau! Crossing my fingers!

And I even had a party last night that I attended! I was very pleasantly surprised at the number for this week! I had alcohol and cupcakes and whatnot last night, but I managed to not overeat badly. Perhaps I am finally getting the hang of this!

I've done much better this week at getting all my water in, so that's probably helping as well.

I went for a 3 mile walk this morning, but it was already very hot. I think I'll have to get up earlier to do my walking.

My grad school classes start tomorrow! Woohoo! Wish me luck!
