Routine, Routine, Routine

So I've been on my same routine.....walk on the treadmill first thing early a.m., due my household daily task list, make lunches for boys, breakfast for all of us....Drop off the elementary kiddo, then drop off the middle schooler....and I'm off to tennis for 3 hrs.....Eating healthy is much easier for me now and I don't feel bad about the occasional cheat cause I know it won't deter me....andddd haven't weighed myself in over 1 month.....well, did it today and only lost 2lbs this month....BOO

Anyway....not stressing out over it....it's better than gaining and I'm not starving myself, not working out extra hard....doing stuff I know I can live with forever....but I'm gonna change up the routine....

Got sucked in while watching an informercial and bought the T25 system....It's a workout program that only takes 25minutes a day....but it seems to be very challenging for even physically fit people......I figured why not??? Change up my walking to this in the morning...I'm hoping I can get my hubby to do it with me....but I needed to challenge myself and this will be a challenge I'm sure.

My routine will be straying to something I know I can't do long term.....but I was going to die of boredom if I didn't change it up so we shall see.....
