It's been a while since I have blogged, but I need to change something...last couple years didn't gain all my weight back, but enough to notice. I allowed life situations to get to me. Should have been down 30 lbs 9/2...but it came and went. So what am I gonna do...get right back on the horse. Make a new goal! Not looking at it as failure..but a renewed committment. I've done before...and I can do it again!
With that said, I was interupted while talking with a friend today. We are recommitting excersice together. This other person comes out of the blue and says "what your problem is, you think about it too much! If you would just stop thinking about it, you will lose it". OK, I was happy that worked for her, but for me, if I ignore, it gets worse!!! I like making small goals, achieving them and feeling accomplished. Sometimes, even treating myself when I meet certain goals. So here I am, back on SP because that is what works for me.
