Checking In, Not Out!

Just a few days from now is my original goal date, September 30th. I had set my goal weight to be at 135 lbs by that time. I am not there yet. I am still working my way through the mid 150s. But I am not giving up! I am still working at it! And I am now beginning to find a balance between fitness, grad school, and substitute teaching. It's not a perfect balance, nor is it even a good balance just yet, but it is a work in progress!
On September 30th I will reset my goals and update all my program details, that way I can get a more accurate picture of a new goal date. But in the meantime, I am a month and a half away from my one year anniversary with SparkPeople! WOOT! I wonder what I can get down to between now and then!!! That's about 7 weeks! Hmm... I think I will set a short term goal for that date when I weigh in on Sunday!
I am still working on conquering my late night snacking and my candy consumption... I have not been behaving well over the last couple of months...
The mindless snacking while studying and writing papers is one thing I did not miss and I am not happy about it reappearing in my behaviors.
But I can get through this! My will is stronger than it used to be! I can and will be a healthier, happier, and smarter version of myself, all at the same time!
