Sam's Club has a meal replacement Soy powder in vanilla and chocolate. Two scoops will provide 150mg of potassium for 140 calories which is a good foundation for a smoothie ... thus a replacement for a meal. Put it in a blender with water, add a banana, other fruits and vegetables. Green vebetables look strange but it tastes great.
