One source for potassium

Sam's Club has a meal replacement Soy powder in vanilla and chocolate. Two scoops will provide 150mg of potassium for 140 calories which is a good foundation for a smoothie ... thus a replacement for a meal. Put it in a blender with water, add a banana, other fruits and vegetables. Green vebetables look strange but it tastes great.

    That't okay MIA-MORSEL, it's a personal choice. When we volunteered for 2 months in Thailand last year, the meal replacement was the basis for a smoothie every morning for breakfast. Then we ate both lunch and dinner out from the street vendors for $1-2 each per meal. It was fun and we plan to return next year.

    I've never tried a meal replacement and never will.

    When travelling we often take with us fruit or a box of salad.

    Hey, I'd be interested to know why you need extra potassium.

    It is one of many products we don't get in New Zealand. I will just have the banana!
