I thought I was eating a healthy balance of food but when I added the potassium to my tracker, it helped me choose foods more carefully. It is really tough to get 3500 mg per day from food without supplements. Run the full report at the bottom of the meal list tracker to see what you are doing at various points during the day. This is important.
