3 month update

Just a quick update. Still going strong with my 1/2 marathon training. This weekend, I'll move upto 7 miles! Six miles was kinda hard, but hopefully it was just a hump I needed to get over.

I didn't lose as many inches in September, but I lost a few more pounds.

September Loss:
Weight: 10
inches: 4

Overall Loss
Weight: 58.2
Inches: 30.5

    I think that 6-7 mile jump was the hardest for me to make last year when we were training for the half-Sparkathon. Good luck - you can do it!
