GM Diet - Day 6

Today was rice and vegetables day. It was a strange day, I'm happy to have lost 1 more pound but wasn't very hungry throughout the day.
For me, it seems, it is easier to follow diets during weekdays than weekend. I had never had brown rice before but it isn't that bad, I actually quite liked the nutty flavor. Will try to eat brown rice instead of white rice in future.
Didn't eat too much today, not sure what kind of number the scale will show tomorrow morning.
Also couldn't get in any kind of workout today, which is a shame.
Looking forward to tomorrow being the last day of this diet.
The first 4 days were a breeze but now it is getting tedious, maybe in future, will make 1 day a week, only fruit day and 1 day only vegetable.

    While cooking the rice, I did add some butter and little salt. The butter helps the rice grains to stay separate and not clump together and improves the taste.

    The problem with me eating cooked starches is that I always want some kind of animal fat on it such as butter, etc. or something highly salty like soy sauce.
