Budget Your Calories

I know my body and the recommendations of others for the number of calories doesn't help me to lose weight. I know that I need to only consume 1200 calories a day to lose weight but they need to be healthy, balanced calories. SP Nutrition tracker really helps me do that. I budget 300 calories for each meal and 100 calories for 3 snacks. I adjust the snacks to even out the meals if I go over. SP says I can eat more if I exercise more. It doesn't work for me. I exercise more and still try to stick with my calorie budget. I'm on day #73 and its working for me.
