P90 and TRX

My trainer is certified in P90X and TRX and who knows what else! This is today's workout.
I paired up with a new neighbor to save a few $$. I followed her through this round.
Whew! After a two or three minute rest, she followed me through Round 2. We swapped out wall squats for abs.
The trainer uses a tabata timer, 90 seconds of exercise, 20 seconds rest and on to the next exercise.
The three of us got down on our mats and did an ab session at the end.
The two rounds took us about an hour and 15 minutes.
