Journey to a Healthier Me -- Day 46

This week has not been a good one on my journey. I've been out to eat several times and just could not stay on track. I haven't been drinking water consistently and am just plain down. Hope the rest of today will be better.

Goal for day 47 -- Try to stay on track

    Just get back on track as soon as possible. I have a problem with going out to eat and have decided to avoid this for a while...until I learn how to make better choices.
    They say to visualize what healthy foods you will order and do this when you get there.
    Can you ask help from the people who are with you to make a healthy choice????
