OK, this is my first blog and I am doing one to earn points for TBL Lime Challenge. I have been bumping along, diet and workout wise for a few weeks. I am pleased to announce that I got back at it yesterday with The Simple Diet and increased exercise. It is so easy to slide back into bad behaviors with a bite of this and that. I have been posting daily thanks on facebook and today I am thankful for Spark People and the wonderful, positive people on the boards! You all ROCK!
