Back at it....

I thought I'd try changing around my rest day during the week--always take off Sunday--but I've found in the last few weeks that Wednesday just works best, or works worst. So, I've been using Wednesday as a rest day. With the stretching I do before my interval work on the treadmill, I've not had issues with my knees or shins. And I truly expected to have to stop and go back to just walking. But I'm about 3 weeks into interval training; I'm dreading/looking forward to upping the speeds for my training.
I never, when I started all this, thought I'd be jogging! ever! (I know, I know, it is only for 30 seconds every 90 seconds, but still.....) So, I've come a ways along a path I didn't know I'd get so far along. Makes me think I can go a little further along.
I'm also enjoying all the smaller-sized clothes in the closet. I always had held back some bigger-sized clothes because I'd always be back at that size. Now, with all of them gone, I HAVE to stay on the program or I have very little to squeeze into. And that's neither attractive nor comfortable!
