Yikes! SO busy I haven't blogged in a couple days.
I've been good, though. Eating mostly on track, moving a lot.
Here's today's workout. It was "Butts and Guts" night:
Run 2 (slow) miles
Stretch for 10 minutes
Ladder drills - 10 minutes
Set A - repeat twice
Single Leg Glute Bridge X10
Kettlebell Reverse Lunge - 40 lbs. X 10 each side
1/2 Kneeling Plate Lifts - 10 lbs X 10 each side
Sumo Squats - 20 lbs. X 10
Side Plank w/Hip Abduction X 10 each side
Plank Shoulder Taps - 60 seconds
Set B - repeat twice
Partnered Medicine Ball Toss - 60 seconds
Partnered MB Twist Toss - 60 seconds
Partnered MB Toss with Burpees - 30 seconds
Everything for the outfit is purchased (finally) and now it's just the final touches of the auction!
