We woke to snow and highs were in upper 30's. Tonight's low: 17. And so winter begins.
Exercised today and felt good about it afterwards. No pain or aches during but beginning to feel the need to change it up. Watching tv certainly makes the 90 seconds between jogging spurts go faster but may need to try faster/higher jogging speed. I still think I could do o.k. at these speeds for the rest of November. Will see how I do.
I usually take off Wednesday--recovery day, but I may exercise tomorrow, but just walk. Still getting exercise, fitbit steps, and keeping the mental attitude going. And have a meeting at Ryan's--a buffet restaurant--at noon, so want to have a bit of a cushion in my count for eating there. I try to chose wisely, but sometimes their healthy isn't my healthy and I need to choose the least bad.
