Today has been a great day. Cold but great. I have finished my strength training for the week, and walked 14 miles. I just hope it has been enough to lose weight this week. I've been kind of on a plateau. I've tried doing interval walking again, to see if it will boost it a little. We'll see Monday.
I have discovered that it is hard to keep from eating the peppermint bark that I made for gifts. I didn't eat much, but hope that doesn't mess me up. It just might. My glucose didn't go up, so maybe I didn't nibble enough to hurt my weight. Well, if I did, then it will be a lesson learned.
