We start our new challenge today for Biggest Loser Winter. I am pumped, hope it lasts. I need this to get myself on track and to improve the old body. I have done ten minutes of strength training and walked two miles. Hopefully I will get in some more later. My eating so far is good. Of course, my biggest problem is night time after 3:00 in the afternoon.
My sleep problems are visiting again for the last 3 nights. I had been doing OK since quitting the sleeping pills but now having some problems of not getting to sleep for hours or waking and not being about to go back to sleep. I am keeping my journal so we will see if we can find a common factor to cause this.
My back aches are some better so the walking is helping that. Maybe if I could ever get these last 30 pounds off I would be better for a few more years.
Looking forward to Christmas week with the family. I will try to watch the food but my mother's pies are so good it will be a challenge for sure. I will have to bake some also for the meals I have to cook and it is hard to not have a few bites and then my bites turn into the whole thing.
